The Omni Massage Rollers are designed to be comfortable and easy to use making it the massage tool of choice for professional or home use.
For the home user
All our products are safe to use at home (or at the office, or on the train) to ease tension and relax muscles. They are a handy size to keep in a bag or a desk drawer and they are very easy to use. They do not require as much pressure as massaging with the hands so you can use them to massage your neck, arms, hands, lower back, legs or feet with very little effort. Or you can completely relax and get a partner to do it for you.
The products are also ideal for relaxing tense muscles before and after sport.
Use with the range of natural aromatic oils to get the full benefit. All of the massage rollers can be cleaned easily in soapy water.
For the professional user
In a clinical setting, the range or Omni Massage Rollers can be very effective on both large and small muscle groups. Use the Omni Roller with stroking or stripping techniques on large muscles, either superficially or deep, as with the 6th and 7th layers of the spinal para-vertebal musculature. The Omni Massage Roller is excellent for moving fluid congestion in and around muscle trigger points.
Small circular motions combined with good deep pressure seem to work well with all muscle groups. You can actually feel, through the ball, what is going on below the surface. You can feel the change in consistency of the muscle tissue thereby locating and identifying certain restrictions, trigger points and facial problems. The Omni Massage Roller can remove knots in muscles with less pain and more speed than fingers. The use of oils with the Omni Roller gives added therapeutic value to the treatment and the oils can be applied either directly to the skin or by poring it into the roller's casing.
The Omni Heavy Massage Roller can be used warmed or chilled for hot or cold therapy.
